Suzanne L. Vore

Suzanne “Sue” L. Vore, 77, of Decatur, Indiana passed away Saturday morning, January 17, 2026, at her granddaughter’s residence.

She was born on May 3, 1948, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Suzanne was united in marriage to Kenneth L. Vore on October 9, 1999 in Decatur, Indiana. He passed away October 11, 2024.

She loved her pets, crocheting, fishing, playing BINGO and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Roger (Ashley) Sims of Hartford City, Indiana; daughter, Susie (Jay) Tipton of Fort Wayne, Indiana; daughter, Laurie Howard of Decatur, Indiana; step-son, Rod (Tina) Vore of Decatur, Indiana; six grandchildren: Amanda Howard, Isabelle Sims, Jennifer Tipton, Coletin Short, Macey Vore and Shaley Vore; two great-grandchildren: Benjamin Hedrick and Cagan Carr.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

No services will be held for Suzanne per her wishes.

Preferred memorials can be given to Humane Fort Wayne.
