Russell E. Weldy II, 53, of Monroe, Indiana passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born on April 9, 1971, in Decatur, Indiana to Russell and Dawn (Andrews) Weldy.
He previously worked at Dean Foods and his last place he worked was Eckhart Woodworking in Monroe, Indiana.
Survivors include his companion of 20 years, Phoebe Hays of Van Wert, Ohio; two daughters, Sophia Weldy of Decatur, Indiana and Gabby Weldy of Terra Haute, Indiana; mother, Dawn Weldy of Berne, Indiana; sister, Kim (David) Grear of Toledo, Ohio; and brother, Jack Weldy.
Russell was preceded in death by his father, Russell Weldy; and a brother, Max Weldy.
In honoring Russell’s wishes, no public services will be held.
