Phyllis Ann Moore, 64, of Decatur, Indiana passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at her residence.
She was born on May 18, 1960, in Wichita, Kansas to the late Phillip and Anna (Landreth) Lee.
She was united in marriage to John A. Moore on July 7, 1978 in Kansas City, Kansas.
She graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, Kansas.
Phyllis served her family as a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, John A. Moore of Decatur, Indiana; two daughters, Phylicia (Jared) Stamp of Berne, Indiana and Jennifer Moore of Valley Center, Kansas; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at White Chapel Cemetery, in Wichita, Kansas.
