Marcus M. Schwartz

Marcus M. Schwartz, son of Merlin M. & Michelle R. (Schwartz) Schwartz, passed away late Wednesday evening, April 1, 2026, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

His parents are members of the Old Order Amish.

In addition to his mother & father, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Walter & Rosemary Schwartz of Berne, Indiana; paternal grandparents, Mark & Elizabeth Schwartz of Monroe, Indiana; maternal great-grandmother, Emma Schwartz of Monroe, Indiana; maternal great-grandparents, Joe & Lydiann Schwartz of Berne, Indiana; and paternal great-grandfather, Samuel L. Hilty of Berne, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Amos Schwartz; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Jean Hilty; and paternal great-grandparents, Noah & Sovilla Schwartz.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2026, at Winchester Cemetery in Monroe, Indiana.
