Jeanette Bauserman

Janette V. Bauserman, 100 years old of Monroeville, Indiana passed away on March 21, 2019 at Majestic Care in New Haven. She was born in Decatur on February 3, 2019, to the late Bruce C. and Alice O. (Jackson) Christen.

Janette married Kenneth Bauserman on May 11, 1946, in Decatur. He proceeded her on April 5, 2003. Their son John Kent died February 14, 2018. A granddaughter Ashley Rose Bauserman also passed.

She is survived by her son, Gregg (Theresa) Bauserman of Spencerville, Indiana; grandson, Gregg Bauserman II of Coleman, Florida; and step-granddaughter, Tonya May of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

She was the last survivor of ten children: brothers, Daniel (Evelyn) Christen, James B. Christen (killed in World War II), Bill (Ruth) Christen, and Bob (June) Christen; sisters, Helen (Keith) Fields, Dorothy (Mike) Ralston, Laura (Marvin) Jones, Martha (Lee) Faurote, and Harriet (Lynn) Bracey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private family burial will held a later date.
