Jack L. Stephenson, 80, of Monroeville, Indiana passed away Friday afternoon, August 14, 2020, at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born on December 19, 1939 in Monroeville to Harold & Kathryn Phyllis (Myers) Stephenson Chausee. He married Linda Koehlinger on December 31, 1961.
Jack was the owner and operator of the wholesale business, Cozme.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Stephenson of Monroeville.
According to Jack’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services held.
