Drake Alexander Conrad

Drake Alexander Conrad, 22, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away Thursday morning, December 18, 2025, at his residence.

He was born on July 22, 2003 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Scott Roland & Jenevra Jo (Wilcoxon) Conrad.

Drake was baptized and confirmed at Our Hope Lutheran Church & School in Huntertown, Indiana where he remained a member.

He attended Indiana ABA Institute in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was active in bowling through Special Olympics. He enjoyed spending time listening to music and swimming. He was able to attend Victory Junction MDA Retreat Weekend in North Carolina, which he greatly enjoyed.

He is survived by his parents, Scott & Jen Conrad of Fort Wayne, Indiana; sister, Nadia Conrad of Fort Wayne, Indiana; paternal grandmother, Joy Conrad of Fort Wayne, Indiana; maternal grandmother, Becky Clem of New Haven, Indiana; uncle, Chad Conrad of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and cousin, Lukas Burden of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Nick Conrad; maternal grandfather, Glenn Wilcoxon; maternal step-grandfather, Steven Clem; paternal aunts, Missy Conrad & Paula Conrad.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Our Hope Lutheran Church located at 1826 Trinity Drive, Huntertown, IN 46748 with Pastor Roger B. James officiating. Family & friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service at the church.

Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery located at 2507 Engle Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809
