Everett H. Nass , 88, of Decatur, Indiana since 2011, passed away Sunday evening, November 19, 2017 at Adams Woodcrest.
He was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin to Herman & Margaret (Mueller) Nass. On May 29, 1954, he married Jeanne E. Uebele in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Everett served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict from 1951-1953.
He graduated from Oconomowoc High School in 1946 & the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1957 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He retired from General Motors in 1987 after 30 years.
Everett was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Nass of Decatur; two brothers, Lawrence Nass of Akron, OH & Paul (Susie) Nass of LaMirada, CA; two daughters, Judith (Robert) Raffin of Troy, MI & Nancy (David) Hendrickson of Needham, MA; two sons, John (Leslie Gantner) Nass of Harrison Township, MI & Robert (Corlis) Nass of Kalamazoo, MI; six grandchildren; & two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Patricia Nass.
Preferred memorials are to Zion Lutheran Church.
A private family memorial will be held .
