Lillie "Lee" Potteiger

Lillie "Lee" Potteiger , 86, of Decatur, IN passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Adams Woodcrest in Decatur.

She was born on Monday, January 12, 1931 in Harrisburg, PA the daughter of the late Edward G. Potteiger and the late Elizabeth M. (Wibley) Potteiger.

Lee was a surgical nurse at the University of Michigan and she worked for Adams County Memorial Hospital where she retired in 1995 after 39 years. While at Adams Memorial she was a registered nurse, Director of Education & Infection Control and was also the Director of Nurses, Extended Care.

She was a lifelong attendee of the local Presbyterian Churches both in Pennsylvania and Indiana.

Lee loved to travel and wintered in Bradenton, FL for 12 years.

Survivors include her friend Jean Ray of Decatur, IN and her loving dog Hollie.

Private Graveside Services will be held at the Decatur Cemetery.
