Caleb James Frey , 32, of Franklin, Ohio and formerly of Decatur, Indiana passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018.
He was born on October 9, 1985 in Decatur to James Randall and Simona (Lambert) Frey.
Caleb had a good heart and loved to play his guitar.
Survivors include his parents, Randy & Simona Frey of Franklin, OH; sister, Kate Frey of Decatur; nephew, Henry Koehler of Decatur; & paternal grandmother, Marilyn Frey of Decatur.
Caleb was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas H. Lambert; maternal grandmother, Nancy Jauregui; and paternal grandfather, Jim Frey.
Private family graveside services will be held at a later date .
Preferred memorials are to The Talbert House in Cincinnati, Ohio & can be made through Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur.
