David E. Girod, 33, rural Geneva passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 25, 2017. He was born to Ernest B. and Lucy Schwartz on October 29, 1983 in Adams County. He married Ann G.Schwartz on April 30, 2009. (3837 W, 1100 S, Geneva)

He was a carpenter by trade and member of the Old order Amish Church.

Survivors include his parents, wife,, 4 sons, 1 daughter, 5 sisters and 7 brothers.

Services are Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 9 AM at his home with visitation Monday from 9 to 8 pm. Burial is in the Bunker Hill Cemetery Geneva.
