Josephine M. Christner, 92, rural Geneva, passed away Monday, April, 16, 2012 in her home. She was born to Jacob F. and Margarette(Schwartz) Schwartz on April 20, 1919 in Adams County. She married Levi S. Christner on March 28, 1946 who is deceased.

Survivors include: 3 sons and 5 daughters. Sons, Samuel J.(Emma) Christner, Monroe, Jacob J.(Mary) Christner, Berne, Levi J.(Martha) Christner, Geneva, Margaret(Tobe) Wickey, Geneva, Lizzie(Martin) Schwartz, Geneva, Fannie(Menno N.) Schwartz, Monroe, Rebecca(Jacob L.) Wickey, Decatur, Barbara(Amos E.) Wickey, Bluffton
Also 76 grandchldren and 253 great-grandchildren.

Preceeding in death are her parents, husband and a daughter, Josephine Christner. Also 6 brothers Jake, Samuel, Peter, Emanuel, Daniel and Amos Schwartz. Sisters, Elizabeth Schwartz, Fannie Schwartz, and Barbara
Schwartz.

Funeral services are Thursday, April 19th at 9 AM at the residence, 2222 W, 800 S, Geneva.
Visitation at the home on Tuesday 1 - 8PM and Wednesday 9 - 8 PM. Officiating is Enos F. Schwartz.
