Joseph J. Schwartz, 28, rural Decatur, passed away late afternoon on September 30, 2011 in a buggy-van mishap on Salem Road in Adams County.

He is survived by his wife, Ann (Schwartz) and 1 son and 2 daughters, 5 sisters and 7 brothers.

Funeral services are 9 am on Tuesday, October 4 at 9 am at the residence, 2496 N, 300 , Decatur.

Visitation on Sunday from 4 to 9 Pm and Monday 9am to 8 pm at his residence.

Burial at the East Salem Amish Cemetery.
